problem is not with the constitution but in the people who use them. The amendments in consttitution is a lively example of changing with time. we have to think of how efficiently and how effectively this is carried out to make india a better or best country.

ok even if u want to change constitution, who has to change that, the legislature who are politicians who were selected by the people. so the mistake starts from the people of not choosing the right person.

so stop blaming the constitution.
