ॐ मंत्र है समस्त समस्याओं का समाधान

ओम शब्द का हमारे शास्त्रों में अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण स्थान है। हर मंत्र के पहले ॐका उच्चारण किए जाने का विधान है। ओम के उच्चारण के बिना मंत्र का कोई लाभ नहीं होता। गीता में भगवान श्रीकृष्ण कहते हैं, सम्पूर्ण वेदों में प्रणव ओंकार मैं ही हूं। ऐसा इसलिए कहा गया है, क्योंकि वेदों में भगवान का स्वरूप ॐ अक्षर ही है। सबसे पहले प्रणव अर्थात ॐ प्रकट हुआ। प्रणव से ही त्रिपदा गायत्री प्रकट हुई। त्रिपदा गायत्री से वेद प्रकट हुए। इसलिए ऐसा कहा जाता है कि वेदों का सार तत्व ओम ही है। वेदों में से यदि ओम को निकाल दिया जाए, तो शेष क्या बचेगा? भगवद्गीता में ओम - ओम शब्द के कई अर्थ हैं। इसे अएम,उदगीथ,एकाक्षर मंत्र, ओंकार, नादब्रम्ह,पंचवर्ण,परमाक्षर,प्रणव, ब्रम्हाक्षर,वेदादि,शब्दब्रम्ह,शब्दाक्षर,स्वर ब्रम्हभी कहते है। इन सभी शब्दों के गहन अर्थ पर विचार करने पर हमें ज्ञात होगा कि यह शब्द या मंत्र साक्षात् भगवान का ही स्वरूप है। भगवान श्री कृष्ण गीता में कहते हैं कि जो साधक ॐअक्षर ब्रम्हका मानसिक उच्चारण और मेरा स्मरण करते हुए शरीर को छोड कर जाता है, वह परम गति को प्राप्त होता है। नृसिंह पूर्व तापनीयउपनिषद में कहा गया है, जो प्रणव का अध्ययन करता है, वह सबका अध्ययन करता है। इसीलिए ओम शब्द का अध्ययन अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण माना गया है।

ओम तारक है-ओम शब्द का यह महत्व शास्त्रों में है, किंतु क्या ओम शब्द की इस महिमा का कोई वैज्ञानिक आधार है? इसके उच्चारण से इस असार संसार में भी क्या कुछ लाभ हैं? ये ऐसे प्रश्न हैं, जिनके उत्तर व्यावहारिक जगत में खोज के विषय हैं। इस सम्बन्ध में भारत में तो कोई प्रामाणिक कार्य हुआ नहीं, पर ब्रिटेन के एक साइन्स जर्नल ने शोध के परिणाम बताए हैं। रिसर्च ऐंडइंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ न्यूरोसाइंस के प्रमुख प्रो. जे. मार्गनऔर उनके सहयोगियों ने सात वर्ष तक हिन्दू धर्म के इस प्रतीक चिह्न ॐके प्रभावों का अध्ययन किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने मस्तिष्क और हृदय की विभिन्न बीमारियों से पीडित 2500पुरुषों और 2000महिलाओं का परीक्षण किया। इन सारे मरीजों को केवल वे ही दवाइयां दी गई, जो उनका जीवन बचाने के लिए आवश्यक थीं। शेष सब बन्द कर दी गई। सुबह 6से 7तक यानी कि एक घंटा इन लोगों को साफ स्वच्छ खुले वातावरण में योग्य शिक्षकों द्वारा ॐमंत्र का जाप कराया गया। इन दिनों उन्हें विभिन्न ध्वनियों और आवृत्तियोंमें ॐका जाप कराया गया। हर तीन माह में हृदय, मस्तिष्क के अलावा पूरे शरीर का स्कैनकराया गया। चार साल तक ऐसा करने के बाद जो रिपोर्ट सामने आई, वह आश्चर्यजनक थी।

सत्तर प्रतिशत पुरुष और बयासी प्रतिशत महिलाओं में ॐका जाप शुरू करने के पहले बीमारियों की जो स्थिति थी, उसमें नब्बे (90) प्रतिशत कमी दर्ज की गई। कुछ लोगों पर मात्र दस प्रतिशत असर ही हुआ। इसका कारण प्रो. मार्गनने यह बताया कि उनकी बीमारी अन्तिम अवस्था में पहुंच चुकी थी। इस प्रयोग से यह परिणाम भी प्राप्त हुआ कि नशे से मुक्ति भी ॐके जाप से प्राप्त की जा सकती है। इसका लाभ उठाकर जीवन भर स्वस्थ रहा जा सकता है |

कैसे हुआ लाभ-प्रो. मार्गनकहते हैं कि विभिन्न आवृतियोंऔर ध्वनि के उतार-चढाव से पैदा होने वाली कम्पन क्रिया से मृत कोशिकाओं का पुनर्निर्माण हो जाता है। रक्त विकार होने ही नहीं पाता। मस्तिष्क से लेकर नाक, गला, हृदय रोग और पेट तक तीव्र तरंगों का संचार होता है। रक्त विकार दूर होता है और स्फूर्ति बनी रहती है|

मोक्ष की प्राप्ति

हिंदू धर्म में मोक्ष की प्राप्ति अनिवार्य मानी गई है। जन्म और मृत्यु के बंधन से मुक्त होना मोक्ष माना गया है और इसके लिए ईश्वर की कृपा पाना अनिवार्य है, लेकिन बौद्ध मत के अनुसार मुक्ति के लिए किसी ईश्वरीय अथवा दैवी अनुकंपा की आवश्यकता नहीं। बौद्ध मत के अनुसार वस्तुओं और स्थितियों को उनके यथार्थ रूप में देखने की योग्यता उत्पन्न होना ही मुक्ति अथवा मोक्ष है और इसे ही निर्वाण कहा गया है। स्वयं को तथा संसार की सारी वस्तुओं को मात्र देखना और उनके प्रति राग-द्वेष का भाव न रखते हुए आगे बढ जाना निर्वाण की प्राप्ति में सहायक है। गीता में वर्णित समत्वं योग उच्यतेकी तरह समता भाव में स्थित होना ही निर्वाण है।

संसार अथवा संसार की वस्तुओं के वास्तविक स्वरूप को जानने के लिए आवश्यक है स्वयं के वास्तविक स्वरूप को जानना। स्वयं को जान लेंगे तो संसार को जान लेंगे तथा संसार को जान लेंगे तो स्वयं को और अधिक अच्छी प्रकार से जानना संभव हो सकेगा। यही जानने की एक विधि है विपश्यना।विपश्यनामें सबसे पहले हम केवल श्वास के आवागमन पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने का अभ्यास करते हैं, जिसे आनापान कहते हैं। आनापानके अभ्यास के बाद विपश्यना अर्थात् स्वयं का मानसिक निरीक्षण करने की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ होती है। स्थूल से सूक्ष्म अंतरावलोकनकी प्रक्रिया है विपश्यना। विपश्यनासाधना में पहले पूरे तीन दिनों तक आनापानका अभ्यास ही करना होता है। आनापानद्वारा मन पर नियंत्रण कर एकाग्रता का विकास करना सरल है। साधना का उद्देश्य भी तो यही है कि हमारा मन हमारे वश में हो। विपश्यनाअर्थात विशेष रूप से देखने की प्रक्रिया। विपश्यनाशरीर के विभिन्न अंग-प्रत्यंगों के मानसिक निरीक्षण की प्रक्रिया है। बिना अच्छे-बुरे का निर्णय किए, बिना सुख-दुख का अनुभव किए बस देखना और आगे बढ जाना यही तो साक्षी भाव है। यही साक्षी भाव ही विपष्यनाहै। ठोस शरीर को निरंतर तरंग रूप में परिवर्तित होते देखना ही विपश्यनाहै। एक बार अपने इस वास्तविक स्वरूप को जान लेंगे तो बाकी संसार को जानने में और उसके बाद जीते जी मोक्ष प्राप्त करने में कोई बाधा आ ही नहीं सकती।

In the later half of 1888, London was terrorrised by a series of murders in the east end (largely in the Whitechapel area). The name Jack the Ripper was taken from a letter sent to a newspaper at the time by someone claiming to be the killer. The shroud of Turin is a linen cloth bearing the image of a man who had apparently died of crucifixion. Most Catholics consider it to be the burial shroud of Jesus Christ. It is currently held in the Cathedral of St John the Baptist in Turin, Italy. Despite many scientific investigations, no one has yet been able to explain how the image has been imprinted on the shroud and despite many attempts, no one has managed to replicate it. Radiocarbon tests date it to the middle ages, however apologists for the shroud believe it is incorrupt – and carbon dating can only date things which decay.

Prior to the middle ages, reports of the shroud exist as the Image of Edessa – reliably reported since at least the 4th century. In addition, another cloth (the Sudarium) known even from biblical times (John 20:7) exists which is said to have covered Christ’s head in the tomb. A 1999 study by Mark Guscin, a member of the multidisciplinary investigation team of the Spanish Center for Sindonology, investigated the relationship between the two cloths. Based on history, forensic pathology, blood chemistry (the Sudarium also is reported to have type AB blood stains), and stain patterns, he concluded that the two cloths covered the same head at two distinct, but close moments of time. Avinoam Danin (a researcher at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem) concurred with this analysis, adding that the pollen grains in the Sudarium match those of the shroud.

1. Religion is limited by our human understanding. Spiritual truth is as wide and broad as the mind of God.
2. Religion is the place where we learn the basics about God. But those lessons are couched in very elementary concepts. In the same way that we are intended to move beyond grammar school into ever higher levels of learning, so we must be willing to move beyond childhood concepts and embrace the larger truths that God continually offers us.
3. We have a body which will eventually die, and a soul which will live forever because it is part of God. As a result, we have two sets of senses, the five which connect us with the physical world and others that connect us with the spiritual world (intuition, dreams, visions, psychic abilities, etc.) Religion is an expression of the physical side of our nature, while spirituality is connected to our divine nature.
4. Religion is an attempt to convert a vision of the invisible, eternal world into symbols and practices which we can understand. But the problem is that we tend to invest those symbols and practices with divine authority and eventually worship the traditions we ourselves have created. This important concept is called idolatry.
5. Religion is trapped in its own past. Over the years it has developed a point of view about God which it considers complete and final. As a result, it spends most of its time defending that vision and protecting itself against any new revelations which might upset its system of belief.
6. Jesus made the statement that he has much more to tell us. But many who claim to be his followers are not interested in what he still has to say to us because they are afraid that any new idea will upset their neat little closed system.
7. Religion is by definition an effort to understand and therefore to please God. Religion began in primitive times with a recognition that the most important things in life are out of our control-life, death, weather, crops, health, the future, etc.
