CYBER ATTACK: silent 3rd world war

This is the next generation war.this is the technique which is not used to show from any mankind or any contry and the result from distruction of cyber war is the indirect but it is directly related to country.
First of all, we should know about what is Cyber crime. this is the the crime which is created by COMPUTER VIRUS. this virus can direct attack on the economy of organisation or country. it can also affect on privacy of militry acadamy. you must see the movie Independence day. The alian's technology is beyond from our technology but a simple virus did affect on not even their technological spaceship but even this virus distruct all the alian's.
This story is not far different story from today's environment. then a country should strong their software status. They dont know about only what is the latest technique but also know about what is the method which apply and prevent this attack.
Cyber weapon is of many kind such as distroy computer network,currupt the data,hack the computer, and do sping.It can also affect gallacsy based data.As we know that in the way the information are connect with networking the cyber crime start his work.
Before some time chine had try to attack on computer of PMO and foreighn ministry.google also face that type of problem in december,national defence advisor M narayan also accuse that his computer data has been hacked,America Britain germany also said that chini hackers have to attack his cyber side,according to south koria hackers of north koria also stole the information about defence.The major cyber attack is in 2007 when all the administrative bussiness and communication information hacked from ASTONIA. all says that russia is the attacker because at that time both the country is in straight field.
this is a silent war and at that condition we may ready for that type of weapon or attaker or hacker which can built a strong performa. and not distroy these type of attack but also attack when it is required.
