Pain of poors

Its not instently that poor have many plans but it do not use it, forget about using it i think they man dont know about there plans.
A greate politician, usually all politician says that the next Budget for simple common man but in every Budget cars,airline tickets,cosmatics and all priecs accesories becomes low also coocking gas,rail tickets,daily used things goes high, a next budget comes and they "common man" wait for next budget.
Not any government and not any single minister inherits that.
