start this talks at his knees", and at that condition india starts this program not only this talkative program
but also TASHKAND meet, LAHORE bus meet,AGRA meet just after ARGIL war.
I dont think what is requirment for this meet we have a greate army all over world, we are in good position and we can take our decision then why our government take this decision.
