We need a new Constitution

60 years back we had a Constitution that was written for the betterment of society. It was supposed to change with the changes happening in our society...for its development. Amendments did take place but they were only about small issues. Only one Amendment that captures your attention is 24 th which was about changing and altering FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS of people. Though it was changed later , it exposed a truth that the Parliament can do that , if it has a majority of one political group. Parliament has too much power...it has taken away the power from the President, it tried to take away power of Judiciary....by making Amendments.
